Let’s talk about balloon mockups, the behind-the-scenes magic that helps turn ideas into reality at BoomBalloon Studio. Over the years, I’ve created countless visual mockups for clients, and today I’m sharing a few with you!
Think of it like a fun little expectation vs. reality moment. Only here, we love making the reality even better than the vision.
Why Do Mockups Matter?
You might wonder, “Isn’t that a waste of time?”
Not at all.
Design mockups are especially helpful for events where the vision might feel a little hard to picture. They help ease the stress of planning, align expectations, and let you see how the final setup might look — even before the balloons are inflated!
It’s a tool that brings clarity, creativity, and confidence to both you and me as we plan your special celebration.

Color Palettes & Custom Designs
In addition to full mockups, we also love curating custom color palette combinations to match your theme. Whether it’s over email, text, or an in-person consult, we’ll help you visualize the vibe and make sure the colors pop just right.

A Service With Purpose
Creating mockups takes time and as a mom of three, every minute I dedicate to BoomBalloon (usually after school or daycare hours) is a minute I’m choosing to invest away from my family.
That’s why this is a by-request service and requires a deposit to secure both the event and my creative time. It’s about setting healthy boundaries, honoring the energy I give, and continuing to build this business with love, not resentment.

Building With Intention
Roberto and I are growing BoomBalloon Studio together as a family. And one of the most important lessons we’ve learned is this: having a healthy relationship with your business starts with setting clear limits and expectations.
I’m so grateful I get to do what I love even if it’s part-time for now. I believe with all my heart that BoomBalloon will continue to grow and one day fully support our family.
Until then, I’ll keep dreaming, designing, and creating joy one mockup (and one balloon!) at a time.

With love,
Ari
