What do you receive?
9 Heart shape foil balloons with Vinyl Decals (3 of each colour)
9 Glue dots to tape the valve of the balloon after you inflate them.
What you need from home:
Hand Pump
Painters tape of any tape you would like to use to tape the balloons to the wall or any surface
