Balloons come flat This is a DIY kit to be put together by consumer. on average a 5 Ft to 6Ft takes about 1 hour to be assembled. Balloons should be inflated with air, no need for helium. They can be inflated 1-2 days prior to the event and will still look like you blew them up that day!

Wall hooks and additional string are *not* included in this package. We recommend getting the Our "At Home DIY Installation Kit" to make it easier to install or using high-strength command hook to attach to a wall. We also recommend purchasing string or fishing line to secure the garland to a wall or table If you did not get our installation kit.

Please note: It is very difficult and time consuming to blow up these many balloons with your mouth for any size garlands. We highly recommend purchasing the kit with the pump or getting one.
